I just want to tell you how pleased I am with the garage door.. The two installers Ben Druck Door Company sent were fantastic! They had to deal with a very difficult situation.. Can't say how much I appreciated the way they handled the situation. Once again --- great job done!! Ben Druck Door Company is professional and fantastic!

The tech, Bob, arrived on time and solved our problem. We recognized him as the same person who provided service at my mother’s home several years ago. One spring broke on our garage door. It would not go up so we called Ben Druck. They came out the next day and had the door fixed and beck up and running flawlessly. The service man was very knowledgeable and took only about an hour to replace the springs and check the settings. Thanks Ben Druck for a job well done.

I would highly recommend Ben Druck Door Company. I have two roll up doors on my garage. In November they replaced the stretched out overhead extension springs with heavy duty torsion springs, and also replaced the junky Genie door operators with Linear professional grade operators, and also provided me with a remote keypad. The craftsman showed up promptly at the scheduled time, reviewed all work & materials in advance with me prior to doing the installation, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up every little scrap from the floor before leaving. A1+ experience.
